Final Sale Items
Due to the specialized nature and perishable quality of our products, all orders for Swiler Brand & Co. All-Beef Brisket Meat Snacks are considered final sale. Under normal circumstances, these items cannot be returned. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or if an error has been made on our part, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit at our discretion.
Eligible Items for Return
For items that are not classified as final sale – such as any future merchandise that may be offered – we provide a 14-day return window. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when received.
- It must be unused (or unworn, if applicable), with all original tags and packaging intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an eligible item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at askchefswiler@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Please use the provided label and follow the instructions carefully. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover that your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately at askchefswiler@gmail.com so we can promptly evaluate the situation and work to resolve it.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale Products: As outlined above, our Swiler Brand & Co. All-Beef Brisket Meat Snacks are final sale.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been specially ordered or personalized cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
For eligible items, if you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at askchefswiler@gmail.com with your return request. Once your return is approved, you will need to place a separate order for the new item. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive exactly what you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
